Where to Get Help
Where to Get Information and Help:
- LiveText homepage: www.livetext.com. When logged in to your LiveText account, click on “help” in the upper right corner of the Web page to access a wide variety of downloadable Word or PDF training files and animated demos by topic.
- Contact the College of Education Technology Office
(ED 106; 407-823-6047, edhelpdesk@mail.ucf.edu)
- Click on the support@livetext.com e-mail link at the bottom of every Web page while you are logged in to LiveText. This is the best means of reporting any technical problems or issues to LiveText since they will receive a “screen capture” of whatever online problem you are experiencing when you send this e-mail. This helps LiveText to effectively and efficiently troubleshoot the problem. You should hear back from LiveText within 24 hours.
- LiveText toll free number: 1-866-548-3839
- From the LiveText home page (prior to logging on): Click on “Support” at the top of the page, then click on “Technical Support” and complete the form and “Submit” to request assistance.
- Faculty, Staff, and Students, can also stop by the Curriculum Materials Center (CMC) for one-on-one LiveText support.
Fall 2009 support hours are:
Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday, 10AM-12PM and 1PM-5PM
